There is nothing worse than an electrical issue that can bring your truck to a dead stop without warning. One minute, everything looks normal. The next, you turn the key and hear a click or worse, absolutely nothing.

The thing about modern diesel trucks is that they rely heavily on electricity. Your batteries help power the starter and other systems during startup, while the alternator supplies electrical power and recharges the batteries once the engine is running.
